This preview defines a privacy-safe way to measure the speed of Timelap's core guest journey before telemetry is approved for activation.

Added fixed performance route classes for poll creation, participant response, organizer, and finalized-event pages without capability values or complete URLs.
Published explicit pre-activation mobile and desktop Core Web Vital targets while keeping Speed Insights off unless the exact Production switch is approved.
Versioned the updated privacy draft so the expanded, still-default-off measurement scope is visible and reviewable.
